Product Overview

The signal sensor is added to the ordinary mechanical Smart Water Meter to convert mechanical signals into electronically recognizable pulse signals, which are used to measure the total amount of drinking water flowing through the application pipeline and transmit water consumption signals to the secondary meter from a distance.

Every 10L(10 times or 100 times) of water flow through the counter sends an electric signal, the material has iron shell, copper shell, can be customized according to the user's needs, stable and reliable performance.


Product Characteristics

1. Built-in CPU, storage chip and communication module. Only need to supply power when collecting water meter data. After CPU judgment, it generates numbers and outputs them by M-BUS or 485 bus.

2LXLC50-300 is a detachable screw-wing water meter, the counter is separated from the substructure, the readings are kept clear permanently, and the replacement of counter can be carried out without stopping water.

Replacement of the counter can be carried out without stopping the water supply, and the meter maintenance does not need to dismantle the meter equipment from the pipeline.

3 In line with national standards ISO4064; flow performance in line with the GB/T778.1-3-2007 standard, accuracy level: 2 level.

4. Compatible with a variety of communication protocols: DLT645 CJ/T188 internal protocol.

5. The signal sensor adopts passive device, which can output switch signal without power supply.

6. Sampling method has three kinds of programs: reed switch, Hall component, magnetoresistive.

7. The sensor device adopts fully sealed structure, waterproof level IP68, waterproof and moisture-proof.
